It is made of fine bone china with 24k gold in a cobalt blue box it comes in a navy blue box with the double eagle in gold on the center of it.
The Trustees of the U.S. Bicentennial Society issued 5,000 Double Eagle plates.
This is No. 1555 of 5000. With certificate of authenticity and box.
The plate was Issued in 1973 to symbolize the 200th Anniversary of the U.S.A. The Edition Limit to this item was 5,000 and this plate was # 1555. The Double Eagle was created exclusively for America's Bicentennial celebration.
