Vintage Japanese metal hibachi or 'firepot' (Shōwa period).
The firepot is mounted on a wooden base and has two handles. The black part is decorated all around with Japanese characters and figures.
Hibachi are mainly used decoratively today and are very suitable as plant stands.
Dimensions: height 30 cm, diameter 46 cm.
