A stunning hand thrown bowl by ceramic artist Raul Coronel. Earthy moody tones of browns and ochre with a tribal design over his signature stoneware clay makes this an especially attractive piece. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are some calcium marks on the interior as shown. The piece is signed RAUL on the bottom. Zoom in on photos for detail.
This piece has a very interesting provenance, having been acquired from the estate of Walter Schneider - a partner in the iconic Stoneware Designs Inc., along with Raul Coronel and Brent Bennett.
