A gorgeous shade of purple/burgundy/eggplant highlighted with gold, a stunning damask fabric. The frame is indeed intricate and generous in carvings; what sets it apart to me is the burl accents. My favorite wood. Very regal and throne like.
In excellent antique condition. Minimal wear, upholstery is excellent. This is absent of its petite caster wheel which are easily replaced if desired.
