This is a beautiful Russian tole plate that is beautifully hand painted. This plate is hand painted in lacey white filigree on cobalt blue background. And the plate also has an array of bright colors painted in the center in colors yellow, sky blue, green, vermillion, and peach. The back is unsigned.
