This beautiful figurine is stamped as having been made in England by the fine collectibles company Royal Doulton, a company highly renowned for the great quality of their china and porcelain pieces, see pictures. This figurine with the style number HN3970 is titled " Flower of Love " and is a gorgeously hand sculpted and painted depiction of a beautiful young woman holding a flower in her outstretched hand. Please see photos of measurements for size/scale, the height is approximately 7 1/2". There is a very small and shallow chip on the left shoulder, and there are some very minor spots of discoloration on the piece, see pictures.
