This beautiful figurine is stamped as having been made in England by the fine collectibles company Royal Doulton, a company highly renowned for the great quality of their china and porcelain pieces, see pictures. This figurine with the style number HN3648 is titled " Sweet Sixteen " and is a brilliantly hand sculpted and painted depiction of a gorgeous young lady in a very unique and pretty dress.
