The lithograph print poster is published to promote The Bradford Festival " Fiesta " at The St. James Markey in 1988 - David Hockney was born in Bradford, printed in England in 1988 in an unnumbered limited edition. It features an artwork image originally created by Hockney in 1986 titled " Flowers, Apple, & Pear on a Table ", copyright David Hockney 1986. This gorgeous vibrant poster print is unusual because the poster image is the exact same size as the original artwork.

David Hockney ( B. 1937 ) is an English painter, draftsman, printmaker, stage designer, and photographer. he is an important contributor to The Pop Art Movement of the 1960's. He is considered one of the most influential British artists of The 20th Century. His artworks have commanded greater popular acclaim than any other Contemporary British artist. The Pop Art Expressionist style artworks have been the subject of more than 400 solo exhibitions. Art works by Hockney are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The rare out of print framed Pop Art poster print measures 17 1/4" W X 25 3/4" H X 1" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern navy ink blue metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean condition consistent with age and light signs of handling.
