The vintage ceramic box is very old and has a beautiful incised and hand-painted bird and floral design.

In good antique condition, the old ceramic pottery box shows wear consistent with its age and use. There is a small chip on the rim of the box bottom near the corner between the red flower and the yellow flower. The antique ceramic box is incised "Made in Italy B 1001" on the bottom. Long ago, a previous owner applied protective felt to the box bottom.
