This piece is a stunning example of the detail and artistry put into oriental textile art over 100 years ago. Famously titled, "100 Children," the amazing skill and craftsmanship is seen in every stitch. The frame is a bamboo texture with gilt gold and a dark patina. The matting is in a neutral tone to complement the detailed patterned silk embroidered border in tones of green and tan which surround the 100 children playing. An wonderful addition to many decors, this piece of artistry could stand as a complementary piece to other elements or be a stand alone on a wall.
