Druce & Co. Ltd., London, small coffee and occasional table in the Danish Modern style has a teak wood veneered rectangular top over solid elm wood splayed legs.
The diminutive size is perfect for a smaller space living coffee table.
Druce began making coffee and side tables in smaller sizes in the early 1900s. This model was manufactured post-WWII before the remainder of the Druce building on Baker Street, which was bombed in 1941, was demolished in 1957. Druce had vacated the building in 1956.
