Victorian era walnut portable desk which opens into a sloped writing box. Two elaborate mosaic inlaid tunbridge bands stripe the top and front of the box along with decorative edge framing. The desk opens out to a writing slope. The hinged lid conceals an interior folding writing surface with various compartments, including 2 inkwell pockets with porcelain ink bottle inserts. See less
