One reads mars dag (Mother's day) 1973 and is marked on the back FIRST ISSUE, Colors are blue and white and plate measures 6 3/4" across
This plate will be cherished for its beauty. The Mother & Child theme is carved in low relief and painted by hand on the highest quality Danish porcelain, then glazed in traditional Copenhagen blue and white. Measure 6.75 inches and is pierced on the back for hanging. Dated 1973, it is marked First Issue and bears the Georg Jensen hallmark.
