This is a stunning statement piece attributed to Hans Achtziger for Hutschenreuther, a German porcelain manufacturer in Selb, Bavaria. I have seen this vase & collaboration dated to the 60's and to the 70's - but I haven't confirmed its age.
This vase stands 22.75" tall and 8" at the base. It is hard to visual the size until you have to cradle it in your arms to move from place to place. The coolest part is the original insert which holds the water for the flowers. Incredibly rare.
