Warm and inviting with incredible detail and texture, this hand-knotted silk vintage Turkish Hereke rug charms with ease. Taking center stage is an open concentric round medallion decorated with rosettes, boteh, paisley, stylized florals, acanthus vine scrolls, and arabesque vines. The all-over botanical pattern composed of an array of opulent frondescence, cartouche motifs, hyacinth, star flowers, cloudband motifs, delicate florals and foliage. An elegant cartouche peeks from the delicate corner spandrels. It is enclosed with a complementary botanical border flanked with a double inner and outer floral meander guard band. With its ornate pattern, dazzling finish and warm earth-tone colors, this silk Hereke rug emanates so much character and will boost the coziness factor in nearly any space.
