Showcasing a directional prayer rug layout with a mihrab ogival scalloped niche also referred to as Sultan's head, this antique Persian Kashan prayer rug is poised to impress. The navy blue field features a vase motif sprouting with an all-over botanical pattern composed of stylized florals, rosettes, floral sprigs, serrated leaves, palmettes, and leafy tendrils. Above the mihrab, a botanical pattern on a beige backdrop adds visual interest and depth.
