75900 Vintage Persian Heriz Rug, 08'01 X 11'02.
Timeless appeal meets perpetually posh in this hand knotted wool antique Persian Heriz rug. The decorative detailing and sophisticated color palette woven into this piece work together creating a classic yet modern look. The abrashed red field features a superimposed octofoil medallion anchored with palmette pendants. An allover angular pattern composed of angular palmettes, pomegranates, stylized florals, serrated leaves, cross motifs and tribal elements further ornament the field. Radiating from the corners are equally impressive stepped spandrels echoing the designs within the field. It is framed with a traditional Samovar turtle vine scroll border enclosed with carnation meander guard borders. Reflecting elements of sustainable craftsmanship and versatility, this vintage Persian area rug cultivates classic elegance and sophistication.
Rendered in variegated shades of red, charcoal, beige, brown, green, blue and eggplant with other accent colors.
