It is a copper Perco Wash tub from Mystic Wash Company in Houston, TX. The name Perco comes from the fact that you are essentially percolating your clothes, cleaning them in boiling water. The pail is 17" diameter, 19" if you include the wood handles. It is 16" deep. It does have some denting on the sides and especially on the bottom edge which only adds to the patina.
