This Antique Lacquered Painted Lunch Box from China has about 100 years history and still maintained very good condition. There are some traditional painting works of baby and floral on the four sides and lid of the box and shows the traditional style of Northern China's cultural. This antique lunch box is made from solid wood with hand painted lacquered finish. Full of patina. In ancient China, the house wife would take this kind of lunch box to deliver food to their her husband or family member whom works in the field. It is truly a wonderful collection item.
