These tiered holders measure 11.5" & 10.25" high, and have round fittings inside each for narrow tapers or to secure larger sizes. There is some patina inside the holders, however, the silver plating is not tarnished, as if to be a dark chrome overlay. The round bases are 2.75"d and the openings at top are 2"d. Maker's mark as shown. See less
