Very fine hand painted porcelain tea strainer, not marked, but could be Dresden or Budapest. Lots of gold work, raised details, and delicate dark and light pink roses. Finely crafted all around. No cracks nor chips. I believe this dates to the late 1800s, or very early 1900s.
