Manufactured sometime between 1862–1876, this thick and sturdy, show-stopping antique platter showcasing butterflies, urns and baskets of flowers is large enough to hold an extra large turkey, beef tenderloin or prime rib!
Made by Beech & Hancock (B&H) at the Swan Bank Pottery, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England

Overall the colors are vibrant and crisp, with the maroon band on the outer edge showing the most obvious color loss
Heavy utensil marks, but they really can't be seen unless the platter is tilted in the light
