Unique figure of some animal from Chinese mythology. It almost looks like a tea pot because of the open mouth and the hole in his back. I am not sure of the age and will not do a test because of the high cost. I am pricing this vessel low for decorative purposes even though it is very old and valuable. But is does have a repair which I have shown. The left front leg has been broken off and repaired quite badly. However if you turn him just so, no damage shows.
A great collectible piece indeed!
