The piece is … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown rainbow colors millefiori flower mosaic Italian art glass ruffled rim short vase. The piece is documented to the Fratelli Toso company. Many pieces like it have been published in his books, and I have personally owned others with labels. The vase has a great array of colors, with white, cobalt blue, sky blue, green, yellow, orange, bright and dark red, and dark pink creating the floral pattern. You can feel the texture of each piece it is made from on the surface since it is not cased in a clear glass layer. The inside has a layer of clear satin glass. The pulled up rim has a slant on it, so looks a little uneven from certain angles. Please see all photos. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Late Mid-century era. Measures 5 3/4" wide x 3 1/2" at tallest part.
