His periphery is framed by a half-round brass wand. Another wooden, on the lower part is overflowing and allows you to retain the leaves.

The desk opens backwards thanks to hinges and closes with a lock with two original hooks, in working order, with keys.

The whole rests on a vertical upper mahogany, with four grooves encrusted with brass: the latter is based on a dismissal base, in the lower part, reinforced by two scrolls, united by a large cross. The amount supports a wooden frame, which allows you to adjust the height of the desk thanks to a system of notched racks, locking with a key.
This pretty desk constitutes a functional workspace by its storage space and the modularity of its height.
