Drawing by Vermont artist Frank Wallace (1915/18-2003).
Double sided, two Philadelphia street scenes and a figure drawing. Wallace was born in Toledo, Ohio and grew up in Massachusetts attending Phillips Academy and Amherst College. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia (1939-40) and the Art Students League in New York (1945) before earning his Masters in art education from NYU in 1948. Unsigned.
