Wonderful vintage walnut and brass cantilevered credenza designed by Myrtle Desk Co. in the United States, circa 1970s. This desk features a cantilevered design supported by a pedestal base with solid brass accents. The desk has been built from walnut wood, which in turn offers a fascinating contrast of color and grain. Features three drawers and a file drawer, with aluminum rails that will allow for better movement of each drawer. In the center, it has two doors that, when opened, reveal ample storage space. The doors and the drawers have handles in the form of elongated brass grips that contrast perfectly with walnut wood. The credenza has been professionally restored, but the beautiful patina was left untouched so that it can be appreciated. This credenza represents the designer's architectural and modern ideas, which are well represented through his furniture.
