About The Poster:
This original print is from a vintage edition of La Presse, a Canadian newspaper. It was founded in 1884, and continues to publish papers six days a week! This particular image of a Native Chief was created to advertise Marathon Blue, a Canadian gasoline for cars that was produced by the McColl-Frontenac Oil Company.
Recently professionally matted in a red, professional matting, this print would look wonderful in any living room or even children's room!
This is one of a series of matted La Presse images we have at our shop. The others can be found here: bit.ly/20O5IBF
