1970’s clear lucite and polish chrome with linen shade. In original condition with minor wear consistent with age. It takes a regular Edison lightbulb.
I’m not sure the designer . Looks like Peter Hamburger, & Manufacturer: George Kovacs, Lighting Inc., New York, NY
This is likely from George Kovac as my other lamps are from Kovac
