Beautiful French wooden desk from the late 1800s Rustic Chic period.
The desk is made entirely of very elegant olive green wood, the wood has been worked in different ways: there is the chiseling technique and also the grissinato technique. In fact, underneath the top, made of a durable clear glass, there is a wide band worked with the grissinato technique, which creates an elegant effect to say the least.
The legs are 4 and have been worked by chiseling, with soft lines mixed excellently with the hard, rigid line with which they descend.
There are two side drawers on the front, useful for storing stationery or documents. In between these is an empty space to allow you to insert PCs or keyboards, or books and folders of documents. The drawer knobs are round and are made of patina brass.
The desk is a beautiful piece of furniture, suitable for study areas, but also as a simple decoration.
