This pair possesses a certain allure with their beautiful patina and bold Russian details that will certainly accentuate any mantel or tabletop. The ovoid-shaped stems with graceful blades rise from impressive footed domed bases. The hand-forged screws are in very good condition and easily allow for disassembly from the bases.

They are unpolished, have a uniform patina and are identical in form. They are in very good antique condition with normal signs of wear commensurate with age and use. They are indeed very characteristic of Russian quality craftsmanship and design prevalent at the beginning of the 19th century. These would make for a most special wedding gift.
