Cobalt blue has been hand-painted on each vase in an incredibly intricate pattern to rival the predecessors that inspired it from the far Orient. Beautiful patterns inspired by nature exist all around each vase, so even if the back side is reflected in a mantel mirror, they're still just as beautiful from any angle! The history of the Delft region has been discussed on this site many times, but suffice to say this pair are exceptionally well-preserved and deserve a place of honor in your home!
