Made in West Germany It has 2 pieces that sit next to each other to form and circle. Each crystal piece is removable from the 24kt gold plated base. This would be great on a dresser. This piece is in it’s original box and was purchased from a jeweler in Sacramento California in the mid 60’s. See less
