Beautiful Antique Architectural Salvage Newel Post a Pair of 2. Black with yellow crest or
armor type shield on from with a painted scene of a dove with a olive branch and a tree
with the dove and star above. Chippy paint and made of thick wood.
Top finials can be removed. Was told they are late 19c early 20c. These would be great worked back into a staircase or just
as decoration. I just love the european look they have. I would love to keep them if I had
stairs. lol
Another great Estate find. They look like they could have been out of a church.
