Schneider himself was well respected as both and artist and attorney in the Detroit community. This lithograph shows a family of four in the center or a Jewish Torah. The Torah is the compilation of the first five books of the Hebrew Bible, namely the books of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. In that sense, Torah means the same as Pentateuch or the Five Books of Moses. Dimensions: 26.25"w x 1.25"d x 38.5"h (framed). In very good vintage condition. See less
