Soft Chair and Wall
Peter Max
Year: 1979
Size: 14 in. x 10 in.
Lithograph with Hand Coloring, signed and numbered in pencil
156/280
A still life of an interior scene by Peter Max. In a somewhat transition period for the artist you can see both the psychedelic notes he is well known for from the late 1960s and early 1970s and also the pop art he grew into in the mid 1980s and 1990s in this work. Floating abstract objects in pastel colors, perhaps a wallpaper as well in a room. Unframed.
