The plate depicts pink and yellow roses done in romantic soft paint tones. The plate is 11" in diameter, artist signed on the front ( Ruhl ? ). Signed on verso Hertel Jacob Germany - also signed and Don Knight 198, believed to be the frame maker. Pretty plate, in unique ready to hang wood frame. See less
