Luc-Albert Moreau (1882-1948) is a French painter, engraver, lithographer, and illustrator, close in his early days to the group known as the Black Band, then to the Golden Section . This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
