These stately wall fragments are richly decorated with leaves, and finished with a centered shell at the top, hand carved in wood. Wear consistent with age and use. These two consoles are elements of interior architecture frames that have been diverted into sconces.
The wood is cracked, the gilding patina which gives a charm of the past.
