Le Verre Francais was an exceptional line of cameo art glass designs made by the Schneider Glassworks in France between 1918 and 1932.
'Papillons' is one of the rarest and most desirable patterns, acid-etched with butterfly design. This line was first introduced in 1918 and was sold in their own retail gallery in Paris
this work is signed with engraved signature 'Le Verre Francais' at base.
