This is a large lithograph of "Izaak Walton And His Pupil". Originally painted by Walter-Dendy Sadler in 1885 my sense is this lithograph (engraved by RB Parkes) was produced in the early 1900s.
The illustration (s) were originally made to support I Walton's book, "The Compleat Angler" (1653).
The faux-gilt frame which you may or may not wish to keep dates from the 1970s / 1980s.
The frame measures 36 1/4" (width) x 30 3/4" (height) x 1" (depth). The actual lithograph itself (not the frame) measures approx: 26 1/2" x 21 1/2". With frame it weighs 11lb 10oz.
