1920s Bauhaus/Art Deco Walnut Veneer occasion table.
This table is big and handsome and features two tiers for display and a glass top. It’s a solid wood frame wrapped in a lacquered walnut veneer. The bottom shelf is bookmarked and features four distinctive sheets of the wood veneer.
The bottom shelf is 17” h.

- This is an antique item that is around 100 years so it does show some minimal signs of wear, consistent … moreThis is an antique item that is around 100 years so it does show some minimal signs of wear, consistent with its age and use. Notably It does have some slight marks on the legs that look like a fogging on the veneer. The veneer is intact, no crack or chips or peeling that I can detect. It does look like it might have had some possible repairs on the bottom shelf where there is some slight blemishes. Please see photos for that detail. Those areas are sealed and part of the finished table. There is some slight scuffing on the edges, consistent with age and use.
