It is simply marked in green, "Limoges France" dating it between 1920 and 1932. This box appears to be a blank or undecorated piece that was normally hand painted as hobby of upper class ladies in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Apparently, no one got around to decorating this one. The bottom rim measures 8.5" across, the top of the dish measures 8" across, and the lid measures 8.5" across. It is 2.5"H without the lid and 3.5"H to the top of the lid. It is in excellent condition. See less
