1987 American artist, Robin Morris' hand signed and numbered, Post Modern 14-color lithograph, entitled ''Commodore''
This listing is for number 100 of the limited edition of 350.
This original artwork was a hand-drawn, limited edition lithograph, printed in 14 colors with gold silkscreen accents, on archival, 100% acid free, Arches paper, using traditional hand printmaking techniques.
It is embossed, in the corner, with the artist's name and logo

Eye-catching and fun, this nautical-themed highly stylized, angular, work captures all the design elements and coloration of post modern portraiture and composition.
The montaged design features a cruise ship and its Commodore, in profile.
The artwork makes a bold graphic statement - the dark sunglasses, red lips, airbrushed cheek highlights, light beige taupe uniform with metallic gold stars and violet highlights are then topped off with a beige captain's hat with blue and gold band adds visual flair.
The attractive deep blue green water and black and white steaming cruise ship on the horizon presents a colorful reminder to travel!

Commodore is an extremely well executed, handcrafted lithograph with metallic gold silkscreen accents, in very good condition, unframed.
There are some very minor flecks of missing color, likely unnoticeable once framed with non glare, UV resistant glass.
