Chinese porcelain red splash flambe hu, elephant head handles flank the neck, carmine red splash glaze with umber, orange and yellow striations on the body and the interior, white glazed inset base. A blue six character Kangxi reign mark is glazed to the inset base. The traditional Chinese finely carved hongmu stand is included. Circa early 20th century, no later than mid century.
