Two old painted chairs that have wonderful carved frames. I purchased them at Les Puces de Saint-Ouen
in Paris so I’m assuming they’re French.
The worn paint is green with gold leaf accents. There’s paint chipping on both chairs but I feel that adds to their character.
The chairs are sturdy and comfortable and have been reupholstered in burlap.
They would make a wonderful addition to an entry hall.
