Schwarzenhammer Bavaria Germany reticulated set of 6 assorted plates, vintage victorian bavarian porcelain dinnerware. The plate is a pierced or reticulated design of cutout border edge, popular and mostly made by Schwarzenhammer in Germany. The pattern are fruit designs and gold trim on a pure white porcelain clay with glossed surface. In excellent preowned condition, the gold is in very good condition, no wear. 7 7/8" diameter, the plate is a small luncheon size, used as a cake, dessert, salad side plate for fruit and breads. With most reticulated plates, you can use ribbon to weave through the cutouts of the plate border and take care to hang as wall art. Intricate designs of transfer printing make these plates so striking and useful for color pop and wall art, the plates are assorted with prints of fruits still life feast.
