Always appropriate--sleek modern Atomic-style sleek beauty, one of several media racks that housed my husband’s collection of vinyl. It’s perfectly suited to hold any media though, from magazines, large hard-bound books, and yes, vinyl. The frame is crafted from 1/3”/ 7 mm metal wire; joints are welded solid, no give and very structurally sound. Lightweight, right at 5 lbs. It measures 18” x 14¼” x 9½” 12” W/H/D; interior 9” x 14½” x 12” W/H/D. In excellent condition with wear that is consistent for a piece from this era. There is some oxidation, where the lacquer finish has worn off the brass plate (see photos 3, 7, 8) which does not affect its beauty and functionality. Unknown maker; hails from the mid 1960s.

Perfectly suited to serve as a fabulous utilitarian decor accent in any contemporary space and complement most any design style.
