Dublin-born artist Cathal Brendan O'Toole (1904-1991) trained in Scotland at the Glasgow School of Art. He immigrated to the US and studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy before teaching at Columbia and then Wilkes College in Pennsylvania. Unsigned with estate stamp on back.
