Vittorio Zecchin for Venini Soffiato Vase in Yellow and Lattimo Glass ca. 1950s A Venini soffiato (mouth blown) glass vase with very thin opaque yellow glass, clear glass overlay and a pinched ring in lattimo glass (milk glass) on the base of the neck. Designed by Vittorio Zecchin ca. 1921-25. Venini Model number 1508. This example is probably a reinterpretation of the 1950s or 1960s. Acid etched signature "venini murano ITALIA" on the base. Measures: Height: 9.65" (24.5 cm) Diameter: 5.51" (14 cm) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
